Beneath its purple, shimmering robe with purple tints, already displaying the full power of a southern terroir, our Cuvée Notre Dame reveals a very impressive fruit with hints of strawberry, blackberry, stewed fruit and a fine freshness with aromas of blackcurrant and pine needles. The palate – broad and bold, remains fine and elegant, with good length and soft, silky tannins. Vinified in vats, partly in whole grains (carbonic maceration) and partly by successive layers of Syrah and Grenache. A real personality, to be married with juicy red meat – its finesse and fruit will fare equally well with fine poultry.

Syrah 55%, Grenache noir 25 %, Vieilles vignes Carignan Mourvèdre 20%

Serve carafed at room temperature.
