Traditional viniﬁcation and carbonic maceration of Carignan grapes and part of Syrah grapes. Aged in tank for six months.
Apis has a gamet eye, bright and deep. The nose is expressive very speciﬁc aromatic deﬁnitions combining complexity with red fruit, spices and the garrigue.
A beautiful harmony that con be found also in the mouth, with a well-balanced palote – fruity, intense and round. The ﬁnal note stretches over the freshness of very ﬁne and absorbed tannins.
A balanced wine to be enjoyed with red meat, it also perfectly accompanies spicy dishes. Serve decanted at room temperature. Laying down : 3-4 years.
