Syrah 55%, Grenache noir 25%, Vieilles vignes Carignan Mourvèdre 20%
Vinified in vats partly in whole grains (carbonic maceration) and partly by successive loyers of Syrah and Grenache. Elysée matures for 6 months in French oak.
With its intense garnet robe, the Elysée vintage impresses with its expressive nose, combining cooked and dark fruit for a subtly wooded wine. A flawless structure confirmed by an elegant mouth, concentrated and harmonious, based on bright and velvetytannis.
The lively tannins of this vintage deliciously accompany barbecued or even beef tartar. Its aromatic concentration will also marvel as an accompaniment to duck or roast pigeon.
